Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. - Psalm 95:6-7 NIV

Dear God, I worship you as the Maker, creating everything from nothing, sovereign and mighty. You are majestic and above all. Yet I am able to worship you personally and intimately, knowing you care for me as the Great Shepherd. You know my needs better than I do, and you see to them in a way to bring everything together for good. You don’t choose me over the others in your flock, but you don’t choose me less either. I am safe in your care. I kneel before you in humble adoration. In Jesus’ name, amen.
