Worship Through Giving

Give

At Crossings, we believe giving should be viewed as a part of our worship to the Lord. By contributing to what Crossings is doing in our communities and around the world, we are using what God has given us to share the good news of Jesus by serving others. "Everything we have comes from You (God), and we give You only what You first gave us." 1 Chronicles 29:14, NLT

Giving to Crossings

Being Good Stewards

When you give to the church, Crossings automatically tithes 10% of all general fund gifts to Missions’ endeavors. The 90% that remains enables the many church ministries for all ages, maintains the church campuses, and so much more.

Crossings leaders are committed to operating in a biblically-sound and financially-responsible manner and, therefore, have chosen throughout our history not to incur any long-term debt. This means new projects are undertaken only as they can be paid. We have promised to leave a legacy for future generations that is healthy and debt-free.

Online Giving Platform

Why Give Online?

We’ve updated our giving platform to continue to be good stewards of all God has entrusted to us and to make it easier for you to give.

Simple and Easy.

Our online giving platform makes it easier to give on your phone. We want to make it simple to give wherever you are, and the new system works well on your phone or mobile devices.

Connect.

By giving online it connects directly with our new database. Once you create or update your account at crossings.church/login, you can access your giving information, group details, relevant information for your family, and more.

Less Fees.

Reduces our processing fees. We’re excited about the reduction in fees with this new giving platform because it allows us to put those savings into ministry efforts! It also allows you the option to pay the processing fee along with your tithes and offering--which further reduces fees Crossings is required to pay.

Frequently Asked Questions

We try to answer some of the most common questions around giving. If you don't see an answer to your question, be sure to contact us using the form below.

No, you will not be charged a fee. However, like any place that handles online transactions, the giving processor does charge the church a fee anytime someone gives online. This "Cover Processing Fee" option allows you to see how much it will cost to process your gift with either a bank account (least expensive option) or credit card (most expensive option). By clicking the button, you can add this cost to your gift if you so choose. Our hope is to encourage more people to give via their Bank Account as it is significantly less costly to process these transactions and allows the church to devote more of your gift directly to ministry efforts.

God is our provider. He promises in Matthew 6:33 to provide for our needs. The Bible teaches that everything we have comes from God and belongs to Him. Psalm 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” Therefore, we are mere stewards of what God has given to us. Tithing is giving back to God what is already His.

The word “tithe” means one tenth. So when you tithe, you give one tenth or 10% of your earnings. Tithing (10%) is the starting point of giving. Offerings are gifts given above the tithe. God has blessed some people financially who are able to give substantially more than 10%.

Your gifts are used to fund God’s work through the ministry of the church. This includes weekend services, counseling support, weekly discipleship ministries, operations of the church, and more. Also, 10% of all General Fund giving goes directly to Missions efforts.

Yes. Our budget each year is determined based on the goals and objectives of each ministry area within the church. The budget is reviewed annually by our Finance and Facility Committee, Elders, and is voted on by our congregation during our annual business meeting in the first month of the fiscal year.

Online giving is a convenient, safe, and secure way to give to the church. You will have easy access to update your account information, change expiration dates, and view your giving record all from one place. Online giving saves the church processing time and money, and your information is kept confidential and secure.

Yes! There is an option to give a one-time gift. This is a great way to better understand how the system works.

Access your account (at top right of screen) and select “My Giving.” Go to the “Giving Profiles” tab and select "edit" to update the duration, payment method, or amount of any recurring gifts.

Once you have set up an account, you will have access to your giving information on the “My Giving” tab.

No. We limit the options available for online giving to our main ministry funds. If you do not see the option you are looking for online, please feel free to send a check with your designation in the memo line.
